We have a 14 day return policy . No products may be returned without first contacting us at email@example.com.
In order to be eligible for a return please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
All products must be in the condition as received, unopened and in their original packaging, with hygiene seals untouched or we will not accept them.
We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. You will also need to enclose the receipt/proof of purchase.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning of an unwanted item, which should be tracked, but in the event of faulty/damaged goods or us sending you the wrong item, this will be refunded to you.
Whilst our goods are packaged carefully, on a small number of occasions they might be damaged in transit. Should this occur and be unacceptable to you, please accept our apologies. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a free replacement at the next available delivery date. Please note that we will require you to email us a photograph of the damaged goods within 72 hours of receipt of the package in order to be eligible for replacement.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, personal beauty items (eg lip shines or sun powder brushes) or wherever the seal has been broken.
We will notify you of receipt of your return and if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Please remember that your bank/credit card company make take time to process your refund also.
