I'm delighted with this Irish sourced mask which has an effective number of bulbs and good energy output. However, it is not a substitute for medical treatment if you have a lot of inflammation in your skin.

How to use
For best results, try to use for a minimum of 3 days a week for 10 minutes to plump, brighten and lift the complexion. Treats uneven skin tone and texture and reduces mild inflammation. Follow the easy to use instructions on the manual. I find it easiest to remember when I leave it on the couch and use it while watching TV !
